Instructions for sending an e-mail request

When sending request by e-mail, please indicate:

Location of the device that has problem;
Describe teh problem;
Send a photo showing the problem;
Provice us contact information through which we can contact you to solve the problem.

If possible, use the e-mail address to report problems, as this will give us a more complete picture of the problem.

Viber or WhatsApp

You can also use other communication channels such as Viber and WhatsApp to solve minor problems. When reporting problems, please provide the location, if possible also send a picture of the device and describe the problem.
